Shipping policy

When shipping within the Sultanate of Oman, your order will arrive within the estimated delivery time based on your location and selected shipping speed. When you place an order, your credit card will be charged immediately. The total amount includes a pre-calculated shipping fee. Cash on Delivery is available only within the Sultanate of Oman, and payment is collected upon receiving your shipment from the courier.

Note: Seller shipping times aren't guaranteed and the actual performance varies by seller. If weekend delivery is available to your destination, it will be specified on the product page and/or during checkout. Delivery estimates for Next Day shipments to destinations that don't have weekend delivery are based on two business day transit times, not including Friday or Saturday.

To determine the applicable shipping rate for items in your Cart:

  1. Select Proceed to Checkout.
  2. Select or add your shipping address.
  3. Select a shipping speed and select Continue.
  4. Select a payment method and select Continue.

The total shipping & handling cost will be listed under Order Summary.
